2025 Awards Banquet

SOAR365 creates life-fulfilling opportunities for individuals with disabilities, annually serving over 1,700 people and their families. Founded in 1954, SOAR365 is an organization created by families, for families, an organization that has grown to provide a continuum of programs and services for individuals with disabilities across their lifespan. 

Join us for an evening of celebration and inspiration! The SOAR365 Annual Awards Banquet honors our amazing program
participants and dedicated staff for their incredible contributions. This year's event will feature a delicious sit-down dinner catered by Maggiano’s Little Italy, plus awards, prizes, and unforgettable moments!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to make this event extraordinary!

Volunteer Roles:

Duties include:

-Greeting guests with a smile.

-Assisting with guest registration.

-Helping manage traffic flow.

-Distributing awards.

-Escorting guests to their tables.

Details:

When: 5:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (Time commitments vary by role)

 Where: ACCA Shriners' Center- 1712 Bellevue Ave, Richmond, VA 23227

Other Information: 

Sign in and out at the Volunteer Check- in Table 

Attire: Attire- Business Casual- (Preferably Blue Shirt and Black Pants)
